About Us
Allcare Pharmacy and Healthcare Services was founded on January 4. 1999, by pharmacists Trent Akins and Robert T. Driggers. Together, they brought to the business more than 35 years of combined retail and hospital pharmacy experience.
Allcare Pharmacy and Healthcare Services began with just seven employees and almost immediately Trent and Bert recognized the need for a durable medical equipment division, which they began that same year.
The rapid growth and progress of Allcare Pharmacy and Healthcare Services as a leader in the healthcare community is due in part to a firm commitment to put the needs of their patients FIRST!
With Allcare's phenomenal growth, by 2002, owners Trent and Bert, realized in order to better serve the needs of the community, it was necessary to build a new facility to accommodate a rapidly growing pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, and medical equipment. Groundbreaking began for the new facility in July 2003, and on January 26, 2004, Allcare Pharmacy and Healthcare Services, opened the doors to the new facility now located at 112 S. Oxley Drive in Lyons (Georgia).
